Notaris.com performs STANDARD activities for private real estate (sale/purchase homes and mortgages) at lower rates and using digital communication.
Is Notaris.com right for you?
Notaris.com works with a Online file. This means that all correspondence goes through this secure digital portal.
So you will no longer receive documents by post.
The advantages of this are:
- you can access your documents anytime and anywhere (24/7) provided you have an internet connection;
- your documents can still be requested even after the transfer;
- you always have an overview of all your notarial documents (from our office) together.
Notaris.com encourages digital communication. This is to work as efficiently as possible, to be more environmentally aware and therefore to keep costs low.
Despite these advantages there are also situations that Notaris.com is not the right solution. For example, in the case of a complicated inheritance that is not straightforward when it comes to all the required steps. For the more complex, not standard activities, Notaris.com will therefore put you in touch with VPVA civil-law notaries, without any obligation on your part.
